Secret journalism

Exposed hearts fill the foyer of the J-school building.

Inspired by postsecret.com, Writing & Editing colleague Rod Amner assigned first year students to post their own secrets regarding their “road to Rhodes”. The resulting exhibition delivers everything good journalism demands: insight, intrigue, a sense of wonder, illumination. In other words, a damn fine read.

These are just some of the postcards which move me.
